We are ecstatic to announce that we will be joining The Vermont Farmer's Market and Brandon Farmer's Market this season!
The Vermont Farmers Market is one of the largest and most diverse farmers markets in Vermont, bringing together over 60 vendors from Vermont and Washington County, NY. We are there on Saturdays in the summer at Depot Park in Downtown Rutland, VT from 9AM to 2PM.
The Brandon Farmer's Market will open on June 4, 2021 and run through closing on October 8, 2021. The market will take place on Fridays at Central Park in Brandon, VT from 9AM to 2PM. Can't wait to see you there!
Who We Are
We are a family-owned and operated farmstead in Pittsford, VT specializing in organic produce, chef-made foods and baked goods. Rose Valley Farm was founded in the early Spring of 2021.
To support the environment and our local community by providing sustainably grown, excellent quality foods.
How We Got Here
As trained opera singers, we were both pursuing performing careers for most of our adult lives while working in professional kitchens and other hospitality professions in New York City. In the Winter of 2019, a performance opportunity with Barn Opera in Brandon, VT brought us to the Green Mountain State for the first time ever. Needless to say, we fell in love with this beautiful place.
Over the next few months a new dream began to grow within us. While we are artists at heart, we felt ourselves being pulled away from the big city and began imagining a new life and career for ourselves in Vermont. Since we are both passionate about the environment, great quality food, and supporting the growth of small communities, it eventually seemed obvious that we wanted our own farm where we could sustainably grow organic foods that we would then make into delicious specialty items. In the Summer of 2019, we decided it was time for us to pursue these passions by moving to Vermont with the hopes of one day having an "our farm to your table" style restaurant and farm store. We finally made the move
to Vermont in the Fall of 2019.
The COVID pandemic upended many of our plans for 2020, but thanks to the loving support of our friends and families we were able to make our first appearances at local farmer's markets in the Spring of 2021.

Kasey has a heart for hospitality and has worked in the hospitality industry throughout her life. There are few things she enjoys more than putting a smile on peoples' faces with her sweet food creations. While her charm may seem obvious when you meet her, don't let it fool you! She is a savvy businessperson and is constantly looking for opportunities to grow and improve our brand.
